About Us

Our story began in 2010 in the Amazon of Ecuador, where Alex (pictured above) worked with rural farmers to dig holes and create a global market for the guayusa plant. In the Amazon, Alex began studying applied behavioral science and learned about the lasting power of community-driven change.

Since 2010, we have been supporting organizations and communities worldwide. We have a strong background in working with local governments, municipalities, emergency services, and non-profit organizations.

We work to engage our clients in meaningful dialogue and break down silos in communication. We specialize in collecting data that promotes movement and facilitating conversations that encourage taking risks. We offer tools to better hear from diverse communities, find new organizational alignment, and create strategy that drives change.
