 Alex has over 12 years of experience creating inclusive organizations and leading community-driven change. Alex specializes in creating opportunities for organizations to engage more deeply with the people they serve. She creates new processes for seeing and understanding inequities, and amplifies the perspectives and experiences of your team and the larger community that you serve. Alex earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. Alex was awarded the Segal-Seashore Fellowship for her commitment to social justice and organization development. 

Alex works with a strong web of consultants that offer expertise in research, facilitation, public relations, corporate social responsibility, community engagement, and more. For every project, we pay close attention to the organization and/or community served and the end goal, and we assemble a team in the best position to drive change.
