Alex Bethel Negrón, MSOD

 Alex has over 12 years of experience creating inclusive communities and leading community-driven change. Alex specializes in creating opportunities for governments and organizations to engage more deeply with the people they serve. She helps create new processes for seeing and understanding inequities that exist and amplifying the perspectives and experiences of the public. With Alex’s project management and community engagement expertise, Denver Water was able to build relationships with communities across Denver and successfully clean up the drinking water at 100,000 homes. Alex earned a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University. Alex was awarded the Segal-Seashore Fellowship for her commitment to social justice and organization development. 

Alex works with a strong web of consultants that offer expertise in research, facilitation, public relations, social media strategy, community engagement, and more. For every project, we pay close attention to the community served and end goal, and we create a team that can best connect, support, and drive change.
