From our data collection, we create themes and notable anecdotes that guide new recommendations and strategy. We understand that data alone does not make change, and so as a part of our data collection, we study how change happens in your organization.

Facilitation & Navigating Conflict

Holding space for discovery & THE conflict lab

We facilitate meetings that bring multiple stakeholders together to find alignment, direction, and results. We create an environment that encourages hearing from all voices and allows for conflict to surface so that it can transform into stronger working relationships.

One of our core offerings to strengthen team and organization performance is The Conflict Lab. This interactive workshop focuses on real-time conflicts happening on a specific team, across the organization, or in society. Participants walk away with confidence to navigate difficult conversations, tools to address disagreement, and stronger trust and communication across their team.
